Cheryll March is a full time realtor and she takes great pride in working with first time buyers, military families and rent-to-buy clients. Cheryll specializes in new construction, pre-foreclosure and foreclosed properties as well as listing and selling existing properties. She also does a lot of work finding homes for renters under normal and in disaster relief situations. Cheryll holds a Bachelor of Science in marketing and economics from the University of Maryland and is a licensed realtor in MD, DC and VA. She hails from a business management and sales background. Cheryll worked with for a large transportation company for 12 years in a management and sales capacity and received 3 awards for exceeding her sales quota and developed great communication and marketing skills. She also was Director of Contract Management for a government contractor and became an expert at negotiating procurement terms and pricing, a skill which she brings to the real estate profession. Cheryll received a certificate of appreciation from Exit Premier Realty in recognition for the 2nd highest paid commission in 2008. She is a member of the National Association of Realtors, the Maryland Association of Realtors and the Prince George’s County Association of Realtors. In her off time she enjoys hiking, biking, dancing and traveling. Originally from Kingston, Jamaica, Cheryll has lived in the state of Maryland for 27 years. Cheryll has completed 2 Disney Marathons and 2 Marine Corps Marathons to raise funds for the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society in memory of a friend. At Disney she has a somewhat interesting accomplishment, she and her running partner took 126 pictures while running the race. In her free time, Cheryll also participates in raising funds for the homeless and for the Diabetes and Cancer Societies. An active member of her high alumni association, in 2009 she will award a scholarship to a graduating senior going on to university in memory of Estella March, her mother who had worked tirelessly on the PTA. Cheryll enjoys living the the Metro area because of the variety of civic and recreational activities available and she would love to be the one who helps with your housing needs and shows you what she loves about the area.
